How do I download & open File Attachments from your website?
 Question
I'm having problems downloading *.pdf & *.zip files from your website. How do I fix this?
 Answer
When downloading a *.pdf, directly clicking on the "File Attachments" link will force the "plug-in" for Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to open inside your browser. This may take several moments before something will display on your monitor. For better results, we recommend saving the file to your desktop and opening it from your local disk.

Downloading File Attachments on PC

 1. "Right-click" the file attachment and select "Save Target As..." option.

 2. Save the file to your desktop

 3. Open Adobe Reader and select "File | Open"

 4. Select the appropriate file to open

Downloading File Attachments on MAC

 1. Click and hold the file attachment and select "Save File To Disk" option.

 2. Save the file to your desktop

 3. Open Adobe Reader and select "File | Open"

 4. Select the appropriate file to open

Download Time-Out
If you are experiencing an "HTTP Time-Out" when downloading large *.zip, *.pdf, or other files from this website, you may be on a slower dial-up connection or your browser may not be adjusted to support persistent data connections. Be sure to check your Internet Explorer setting for the following:

 1. Go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS.
 2. Select the SECURITY tab.
 3. Select the INTERNET CONTENT ZONE and click on the CUSTOM LEVEL tab.
 4. Scroll down to MISCELLANEOUS.
 5. Make sure USERDATA PERSISTENCE is ENABLED (see below.)
